Shipping Policies
 
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.

  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

  • Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.

  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Rate and Partners

 

  • Mekatronix Trading and Engineering Services offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 2000/-. The minimum purchase amount for Free Shipping is based on the sub-total in your cart and does not include tax or any coupons applied. Any order below Rs.2000 is charged a flat rate of Rs.250 (+ GST). Free shipping only applies to orders placed online.

  • We use Delhivery, FedEx, Bluedart to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.

  • We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special requests to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners do not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY WITH YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.

 

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

 

  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.

  • We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY

  • Orders placed before 4.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

  • Most of our orders are delivered within 2-5 days in India. In cases where items in an order are not available for immediate dispatch or delivery has to be made in a remote location, it can take longer. The customer will be informed of the same through email.

  • Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last-minute orders.

Guarantee/Warranty
​

All items are delivered with a standard warranty of a minimum of 10 days (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide a full refund.

100% Refund/Replacement

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing, etc., we are providing 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by contacting us by help center or through call. Our team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue an RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. Changing or Canceling An Order:

There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment has been made. You can get in touch with the delivery team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel the order and refund your amount. We will deduct the payment gateway and handling charges if you have used the online mode of payment for that order. It will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.

Order can not be canceled once it has been shipped. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. MEKATRONIX TRADING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

 
Return Guidelines
​

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by the customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
