At Mekatronix Trading & Engineering Services, we specialize in supplying industrial electronic components such as LCD displays, touch panels, and linear scales. Due to the sensitive and application-specific nature of these products, we follow a strict Replacement-Only Policy (No Returns / No Refunds).


7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 7-day replacement window from the date of delivery.

You may request a replacement if:

  • The product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  • The product is damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong item

Replacement Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a replacement, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and not installed
  • ✅ In original condition (no scratches, damage, or tampering)
  • ✅ Returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories
  • ✅ Supported by a valid invoice or proof of purchase

⚠️ Strict Condition:
Products that are installed, powered incorrectly, modified, or tampered with will be rejected for replacement.


Important for Industrial Electronics Buyers

Industrial components like LCDs, touch panels, and linear scales are highly sensitive to installation conditions, voltage fluctuations, and wiring errors.

❗ Replacement will not be applicable in cases of:

  • Wrong installation or improper handling
  • Electrical damage (burnt ICs, short circuits, voltage spikes)
  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Use in incompatible systems

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request:

  • Order ID / Invoice copy
  • Detailed issue description
  • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging

Our technical team will review your request within 24–48 working hours.


Replacement Process

  1. Submit replacement request via email
  2. Get approval from our support team
  3. Ship the product to the address shared via email
  4. Product is inspected by our technical team
  5. Approved cases → Replacement dispatched

🚚 Note: Replacement will be processed only after successful inspection of the returned item.


Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a:

  • Damaged item
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect item

👉 Report within 24 hours of delivery for priority resolution.


Non-Replaceable Cases

We do not accept replacement requests in the following cases:

  • Product is used, installed, or tested
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Physical or electrical damage after delivery
  • Request raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Custom or special-order products
