This ensures your LCDs, touch panels, and linear scales reach you in perfect condition.
Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp
- You can track your shipment in real-time through the courier partner’s website
Delivery Issues
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
If you face any issues such as:
- Delayed delivery
- Shipment stuck in transit
- Package marked delivered but not received

Damaged Packages (Important)
👉 Mandatory Step at Delivery:
- Inspect the package before accepting delivery
- If the outer packaging is damaged, tampered, or opened, DO NOT accept the shipment
- Take clear photos/videos and inform us immediately
⚠️ Claims for transit damage may not be accepted if the package is received without proper inspection.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

- We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
